• Garage CleanUp & Organization - Organize cluttered and crowded garage so we could move stuff in the house to the garage and make the home uncluttered and spacious.
• Plan and Research Interior Remodeling - Plan/Design a remodeling project that doesn’t add square footage to the house but instead reconfigures walls, doors, openings, existing space and adds at least a small bathroom with shower.
• Plan and Research First Floor Master Bath Addition - Plan/Design a simple and economical master bath addition/large closet to the rear southeast bedroom.

• Heating Upgrade
• Outdoor Deck with Studio/Den/Garden/Exercise Loft
  • Modular Dwellings

Major Remodeling Ideas:

• Adding a 1/2 bathroom - through some interior remodeling
  • Turn Current Bathroom into Master Bath
  • Add a 1/2 bath within Hallway area; Remove Closet
  • Add closet for washer & dryer within hallway area;
  • Add Room downstairs to compensate for losing closet;
  • Close off door from hallway to kitchen
  • Add entry from living room to kitchen
• 1st Floor Bedroom Addition (~500sq. ft)
  • Add Master Bath and Closet
  • Remove west facing back yard retaining wall and replace further back
  • Entrance into yard from room
  • Accessible Balcony Roof for View
